His experience includes Project Management of insurance restoration repairs, home building as well as residential & commercial renovations. Sylvain is a journeyman carpenter by trade as well as the company's technical adviser.

Project Manager

Mike has been a Project Manager for 19 years specializing in Commercial & Residential projects. He is proficient in using construction management software. As a Project Manager he has overseen large Restaurant, Hotel & residential construction jobs.


Gord Cormier

Project Manager

Gord has 30 years experience in all aspects of construction and reconstruction management. He specializes in residential and commercial strata projects and has extensive experience working with property management companies.


Barb Mackie

Accounting Department Manager

Barb has worked for PPD Restorations for 10 years and is responsible for all Account Receivables, Payables, Payroll and monthly accounting reports.

Andre has 30 years of experience managing all aspects of construction.


Laurie Kobus CIP

Project Manager Assistant / Office Manager

Laurie has worked for PPD Restorations for 5 years as a construction Project Coordinator Assistant and Office Manager. Her work experience includes 20 years as an Insurance Adjuster/ Examiner. She has her CIP Designation.
